3. Terms of Allotment:

Premature Closure:
In
the event of Lessee wishes to terminate the lease agreement
prior to 31st March 2012, then the Lessee will have
to forego the entire interest-free Security Deposit paid to
the Lessor and the Lessor will not be liable to return the
said Security Deposit.
After
36 months, the lease will be terminated automatically, if not
renewed in terms of the lease deed. As per the terms of
allotment, the lessees have to indicate their willingness to
renew/surrender the space occupied by them six months prior to
the expiry of their lease.
4. Procedure
for Allotment of Space:
Ø
Application
for allotment of space can be downloaded from the website or
obtained in person from the company.
Ø
The
application received with Booking Advance will be scrutinized
and approved qualified based on the nature of the activities
for which the spaces are proposed to be used by the applicant.

Interested
parties are requested to submit application form dully
filled-in together with interest free booking advance
equivalent to three months rent.
Ø
Rent
free fit-out period for 15 days from the date of allotment.
Ø
The
balance amount of interest-free Security Deposit has to be
paid within 21 days from the date of allotment.
Ø
The
lease agreement has to be signed in 30 days from the date of
allotment, failing which, the allotment of space will stand
cancelled automatically / and booking advance refunded after
deducting 10% towards administrative cost incurred by the
company.
